Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot respond to an inquiry, arrange a booking or send the mailing list without the relevant contact details.

Inquiry and booking information is used to respond to you and take steps before entering into a contract. Client information is used to perform contracts and meet legal obligations. Mailing-list information and optional advertising measurement are used with your consent. Essential website operation and security rely on our legitimate interests.
Recipients and transfers
Information is processed only by The Industrial Swan and the providers needed to operate the website: Netlify for hosting, Cal.com for bookings, Kit for subscriptions and Meta for optional advertising measurement. Retention
Inquiry information may be kept for up to three years after the last contact. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe. Client and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law, including ten years for invoices. Cookie preferences are kept only as long as necessary to record your choice.
